Students or Staff can speak to their building Title IX coordinator, the District Coordinator or follow the regulations below in filing a formal complaint.

- Any student claiming to have been discriminated against on the basis of sex by the policies or practices of the Tolland Public Schools, or any of its employees or agents, should follow BOE Policy and Regulation 5070 when filing a complaint. In order to begin an official complaint, please complete the Report form, and send to the building Title IX Coordinator.
- Any student claiming to be sexually harassed should follow BOE Policy and Regulation 5070.
- Any employee claiming to have been discriminated against on the basis of sex by the policies or practices of the Tolland Public Schools, or any of its employees or agents, should follow BOE Policy and Regulation 4060, when filing a complaint. In order to begin an official complaint, please complete the Report form, and send to the building Title IX Coordinator.
- Any staff member claiming to be sexually harassed should follow BOE Policy and Regulation 4060.
