| World Language is offered in Tolland Public Schools in grades seven through twelve. The goal of the world language education program is for students to be able to function and compete effectively in the global economy of the future, increase job opportunities and salary potential; appreciate other people and their cultures, improve vocabulary in English, develop critical and creative thinking skills, and increase understanding of the art, music, dance, fashion, cuisine and cinema of another culture. |
